Dong Tuo F0bb79ca0725bd459253442e49237f2f
Name: Dong Tou
Country Affiliation: Kou
Race: Fanalis
Tier: D
Specialization: Strength
Age + Birthdate: 25 | April 7th
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Personality: Dignified & Cunning: Tuo is dignified and cunning, often proving himself a match for even the skilled soldier. Don’t get him wrong he cares about the citizens of Kou but he prefers the taste of battle, the taste of blood, and well he just simply loves war. this at times scares many people from his village but he still a loved man. So, when it comes to the nobility and royalty of Kuo, hes extremely proper; except when he disagrees with others. This will be mentions on later down the road as part of his Morals.

Moral: Tuo has very strong morals, and finds it difficult to sit by and let something happen that he does not support, encourage, or agree with. This makes him a man of action and conscience, wanting to do stuff his own way, even if it takes someone reminding him to take a stand against his own morals. For these reasons, he is a slight annoyance; but when it comes down to it he would even save the smallest person in the world. His values and beliefs are quite impulsive when in a dangerous situation; meaning, sometimes his anger gets the best of him causing him to act irrationally.

Humorous: Tuo has a sense of humor as well. He can be sarcastic and always appreciates a good joke or prank now and then. He is a man worth trusting for he will stay true to his word. This also has negative consequences for while he remains true to his word, it may involve knowingly walking into a dangerous situation or possibly, a lethal one. He understands his responsibilities as a soldier and feels the intense pressure from being a “Fanalis”, however, this does not stop him from risking his name and jeopardizing his life when he gets into a battle.

Survivalist: While Tuo has survival skills, when traveling on perilous journeys, he is sometimes cocky and a bit of a bully. He is an extremely skilled fighter and knows it so will often taunt others so that he can show off his skills.

Likes:
War - Tuo likes war for many different reasons. He views that the world does not need peace nor does it deserve peace at all. While he loves war, he enjoys the tactical aspect of it even more thus when it comes to stratedgies he tends to think far ahead and tries to think at least four steps ahead of his opponents. Sometimes this works, sometimes not.

Women - Well of course, every man likes women. Well most men that is and Tuo is not an exception to this. He loves women a lot and thus he appreciates when one gives him attention. Now when it comes down to it, most women from the palace are really good looking but, Tuo is quite picky with them. They need to be able to make him laugh and make him excited. He can’t hold all the conversations, this means a woman must be able to keep his attention.

Blood - Blood, it makes the body stay alive, it has a deep dark red and blue color until oxygen hits it. The reason Tuo likes blood is because during wars, it has an almost artistic use. You can easily kill a person and lead his or her friends down the wrong path and boom, they land in a trap. Also blood splatter on walls sometimes attracts him. He’s a very strange person.

Alcohol - What soldier doesn’t like alcohol? You can cook with it, eat with it, drink it, light fires with it. There are practically limitlesss things you can do with the object and drink known as alcohol. Why he once heard a person say they have lived off alcohol alone for the past year, but he doesn’t believe that one.

Reading - Reading, well every commander, captain, or officer in the Imperial Army needs to know how to read. Tuo is not an exception to this, He reads not only books and scrolls, but he also reads the wind as the saying goes. He prefers to have a read of the land before a battle begins so that he knows what he can and can’t do as well as the rest of the army.

Dislikes:
Peace - Well any war loving Fanalis would agree with this point. Not being in a war causes a person’s sense to grow dull and dissuaded

Watching his men die - well anyone could say they dont want to see their men die. This is especially true for Tuo. While yes he is kind of a maniac and blood thirsty, he views his men as friends and treats them as such. To the point where he knows almost every last name of their and their family.

The smell of rotten eggs - Rotten eggs, have you ever smelled it? Like its gross and disgusting. There was this one time that Tuop accidently ate a rotten egg and was sick for a month straight because of it. Since then every time he smells a rotten egg he gags physically and has to run away..

Strict commanders - well he likes doing what he wants to when he wants to during a battle. Now bare in mind that he does obey their commands, but he will be vocal about not liking it.

The word No - well just like above, Tuo dislikes being told no. When he was younger his mother and the previous slave owner only said no to him. So his disdain for the word is vast and he becomes very disappointed if someone says that word.

Aspirations:
Tuo's aspiration is to one day become world known, to be feared and respected. His name needs to echo, when people talk of him they need to say “He's the strongest man in the world!". He wants other Fanalis to adore him, to appreciate his bloodthirst for battle, to love him. To him this aspiration is life, its his soul. To complete this life goal, Tuo has taken part of every single war he has heard of, every battle he has entered he has immerged victorious. He does not plan on changing this fact either.

Another interesting Aspiration that Tuo has is that he wishes to take over a country one day. If its Kou or some other kingdom it does not matter to him, but at the current moment he wishes to get rid of the current emperor of Kou due to all the “peace” that they have been having, it makes Tuo feel antsy and he dislikes that feeling a lot.

Phobias/fears: Death, above all things Tuo fears death the most. He has seen many died, and has killed many people. He fears his own death because then he would not be able to complete his life goal of being known as the strongest man in the world. While fearing death is one of his fears; he also embraces it when he sees it. He has a deep fear and yet respect for its concept for the fact that...everyone dies eventually.

Face-Claim: sanosuke harada from hakuoki
Hair Color: red
Eye Color: gold
Height: 188 cm (6‘2)
Weight: 80 kgs (175 lbs)
Appearance: Tuo typically wears a purple and white kimono with purple sash’s to keep it snug around his waist. He has a simple sword on his hip that he rarely uses. His hands and wrists are wrapped with red wrapping and white down toward his elbow. His feet are always covered in a light leather boots, or tabi if you want to call it that. Now when he’s about to fight people he normally has a metal headband on and a more light uniform so that he can run faster and maneuver around a battlefield easier.

Outfit

Now under all these clothes you will find Tuo with a few scars from battles and training spars. He does not mind them at all and in fact enjoys the feeling of his scars and when they are touched.

Rukh Alignment: white

Special Traits: n/a

History: Platinum Blonde hair, sweet baby blue eyes. A smile that made all the girls squeal in delight. This was how Arthur loved it. He loved how he was always the apple of the kingdom’s eye. But he was sad because the one woman he liked, the one he desired, never gave him a sideways glance. Her name was Elizabeth Bauer, and she was a beautiful, she was serene. Both of them were raised in the church. It took him seven dates, three years but they finally agreed to go steady. Arthur was a renowned soldier and Elizabeth was a low class slave, the sister of the previous queen.

During the seven year dating process, Hans; Tuo’s older brother was born and thus the two of them Elizabeth and Arthur took care of Hans. They had also agreed to only have Hans, but....plans change when you fall into passion after a party. Its during these throes of passion that make a baby and it was the case for young Tuo. His parents never wanted him, never charished him. Thus, he was treated poorly.

Arguments, fights, yelling is had between Arthur and Elizabeth. This results in Elizabeth going back to visit her mother whom was a the dark continent. It was during her travel to visit her mother that a man had approached her offering to take the child from her hands; in exchange for killing her husband. His mother had agreed to the deal and thus he was now placed under a slaver.

Upon the child’s birth it was given the name Tuo by his mother and the slaver.  At the age of four, Elizabeth began tainting the child by touching it, feeling it, and abusing it. She’d call it names and say that all he deserved was to die for the military. Hans himself joined in with his mother by teasing and picking on his brother. All this was done away from Arthur’s view. The slaver had even started abusing the boy,

For over twelve years Tuo was sold, tortured, raped, teased, and insulted by his mother and Hans. During thess horrible experience there was three people that were a constant lifeline to the boy. His father and a man by the name Marcus Zelwa. Marcus taught Tuo how to defend himself, how to use his body, his strength, his wisdom against people. From the age of eight till 16, Marcus watched the boy and then finally at the age of 17 he bought Tuo from the slaver and gave him the official name Dong. This sadly was all too late.

Dong Tuo was far gone, his heart said that the kingdom of Kou needed a reformation, it needed to change and he would provide that change. So when he had been bought by Marcus, he was glad. But as Marcus’ son he was expected to behave, to obey the rules, listen to the nobility and royalty. Macus, een though he was an extremely nice man; had one goal in mind. He wanted the throne, bad. So like Tuo’s mother, he began to tell Tuo how bad the current line of kings were and why they were so bad. All of them were peace loving simpletons and it started with the crown prince. Take down the crown prince and take the crown. For years this was drilled into Tuo’s brain, he had already begun to accept it when finally the crown prince became emperor just two years ago.

And that was when it all changed. Tuo had left with a few of his father’s men to “check on citizens” as well as see if they could find any like minded people for how they wished Kou to be. So for two long years Tuo has now been searching for other rebels, other blood thirsty people, and so far...he has had no luck but he will never give up.

Role-Play Sample: [[totally made up on the spot lol]]

Tuo was definitely not feeling like being there at that exact moment. Now, where was here you mgiht ask? Well, here was...the royal palace of the Kou Empire. He was with his father; Marcus. One of the many advisors to the royal family. Now, why was he here? Well he was simply told to come back from Reim, to talk to his father. So here he was stuck in the royal capital, filled with peace loving individuals while Tuo himself loved war, loved blood shed. It was a grueling fare to be precise. Tuo had to behave and act proper like the son of a lord. So he was talking to others, male and female when he saw his father give him one of the many, come here looks.

While talking to his father about how many men he had recently obtained, and then how many he estimated they would need. Tuo couldn’t help but smile at the thought of one day being a king. He could have the Kou Empire, the whole world would fear him. Or, so he would hope. So he stood next to his father just talking and then something unexpected happened. He saw a beautiful woman pass right by him and his father. Blue hair, light blue eyes, horns. This girl...was beautiful and he could smell blood. It made Tuo excited, immensely excited.

Her name? Lilithia Galavant. A beautiful and dark name for a beautiful woman. Tuo couldnt imagine not greeting her. So here he was standing in front of her when he found himself for...lack of words. Instead of giving he a normal greeting he pulled out his sword and then spoke. “My lady...I will serve you, should you ask me to I will also gladly kill for you.” These words were not spoken in haste, in fact he then swore the blood oath and cut his hand signifying he would stay true to his word.
