Description:
Basma can shoot an arrow at 15m/s with a small net attached to the tip of the arrow. The net has small weights around the edges to weight down whatever prey is caught within. In a fight, the net can wrap around one limb of an opponents during a fight to temporarily immobilize them for two posts. The net has a diameter of 5m.

Description:
Basma can shoot out a bow with a large soft ball attached to the arrow at 20m/s to parry or block other techniques. The ball contains an explosive powder that can knock back attacks within 10m. She can block 1 B tier attack, 2 C tiers and 4 D tiers attacks.

All abilities C-tier and lower should have "or Sustain+1" added on to the end of their cool-down section. So a D-tier cool-down would be "2 posts of Sustain+1". Also, all stamina/magoi costs should include their primary cost and their sustain cost... so a D-tier would be 10|5, a C-tier would be 20|10, etc.

Hunter's Focus: This is not a feature of any spec, you cannot extend the range of your abilities. The good news is, Dex has the furthest range of any spec out there, so you should be fine.

Emergency Shot: No ability may be Defensive/Offensive. You need to choose one or the other. So it can either deal damage or receive the defensive bonus to deflect attacks.

Net Shot: You need to state the size of the net (limited to scale)

Emergency Shot: IF you choose to knock back opponents, this would be a supplementary effect. If you wish it to be purely defensive, then it would need to only deflect incoming attacks. If you wish it to be supplementary/offensive, then you would need to reduce the effectiveness of each portion by one tier and include how far opponents are pushed back.
