Description: Hohotaro fires a 7cm ball of light from his pistol that travels at a maximum speed of 30m/s he is able to control it within his maximum range of 50m.

Anyone that is touched by this orb of light will be healed instantly of up to A-Tier of damage even restoring lost limbs. Each target can only be healed this way once per post.

Hohotaro can sustain it so that the orb of light will not disappear. After using this spell Hohotaro would be healed D-Tier amount of damage.

It should follow Int Guidelines because it is a magic weapon, so the range should be 40m, and the speed should be 25m/s
