The only thing that Lagi is paying attention to is anything Reim related, hoping that Emperor Yoshiro is holding up his bargain in keeping the peace.
Though, Lagi did come across some defectors that are loyal to the old Emperor of Kou. taking them down discreetly will be a good service.

Actarvin is actually a real estate broker whose activity with his current sales have been a little edgy from what lagi has heard. He has been vacating the buildings that he owns and they have been being used to house dark hand when they go on their assignments which is why the dark hand were able to hide in plain sight by staying in legally owned property. On his way to track him down, Lagi is intercepted by Dark hand forces.
