Alrighty, we'll review these real quick step-by-step ^_^.

Shield Bash:
-Cost should be 10/5
-Cool-down should be 2 posts or Sustain+1.
-Weapon type: Just as an FYI, weapon type restricts when you can use the ability. It would make sense for this to just be 'shield', but if you list 'shield and spear' then it means you can only do it if you have both your shield and spear.
-Speed: D-Tier begins at 10 m/s. You may choose to nerf this if you would like to, and keep it below that amount, but you are intentionally creating your character weaker than other characters. I just want to make sure you are aware.
-Knockback is a supplementary ability, and D-Tier abilities can only have 1 Class type. Your ability only has enough force behind it to harm a target or knockback, you cannot have both in the ability.


Spear flurry:
-Cost should be 10/5.
-Cool-down should be 2 posts or sustain+1.
-Abilities are restricted to how many attacks can be in it. This is the 'amount' rules. At D-Tier, the restriction is 1 attack.
-Bleed is a status effect, making it a supplementary ability. D-Tier abilities may not be both supplementary and offensive.


Power strike:
-Cost should be 10/5.
-Range should be close (it is automatically understood that the range is the length of your weapon).
-Cool-down should be 2 posts or sustain+1.
-Description is missing the speed of the blow.
-As an fyi, things like 'armor' are aesthetic only. Any attack, in a pvp setting, can bypass armor. As an addition to that, insofar as shields are concerned, clashing rules would apply; a player may always choose to block the attack with their shield if they are able to, in time, though the attack would damage the shield.


Crushing Blow:
-Cost should be 10/5.
-Cool-down should be 2 posts or sustain+1.


Flying Strike:
-Cost should be 20/10.
-Range should be close (the only time you use range for Strength specialization is if you are throwing your weapon).
-Cool-down should be 3 posts or sustain+1.
-I am assuming that the only thing that this ability is providing is the actual attack, and doesn't include providing a sudden sprint, a high jump or anything of that nature. With that in mind, I do want to make mention that any per-requisites to your ability must be fulfilled in order to execute it. This means that, no matter what, you must have your shield and spear out and ready, you must reach your sprint speed, and you must jump before you can actually initiate this ability and deal it's C-Tier damage to a foe. Nothing needs to be edited in, other than mentioning that the thrust moves at 15 m/s.
--If this ability is supposed to provide a speed boost or a jump boost as well, keep in mind that abilities that split Class functions both receive a 1 tier reduction in effectiveness.

Yupyup, no worries ^_^. Abilities are hard to get a handle of when you first start out.

Some overall changes that were missed was the cool-down thing for some of the abilities, the range for your C-Tier ability, and your D-Tier bleed was missing its speed. I got em fixed for you, and updated the wording a bit. If you're okay with the below wording for your abilities, then you may use them and they are approved:

No worries ^_^. I used to have a hard time when I first started making abilities, so I know what it's like. I like to give corrections the first 2 times, and if it is corrected well enough I do a re-arrange of the abilities to make them to-guidelines to help out.
