Name: Hornetswarm
Tier: B
Cost: 30 Stamina
Weapon Type: Light Swords
Class: Offensive
Range: Close
Duration: 1 Post
Cool-Down: 5 Posts
Description: A near instantaneous set of 3 pinpoint strikes, traveling to their targeted areas at a shocking 20 m/s. These targeted points are a set of 3 nerve clusters, which dole out a hefty total of B-Rank damage, mostly of pain. Damage scales downwards one rank with each hit that was missed in the three.

Name: Fleche
Tier: B
Cost: 30/15 Stamina Initial/Sustained
Weapon Type: Body
Class: Supplementary
Range: Self
Duration: Sustain
Cool-Down: 5 Posts
Description: A specialized stepping method used in saber fencing, which utilizes special footing in order to simulate a vast increase in speed, appearing as to glide over the battlefield in high speed bursts. The trick here is using the back leg for any direction's movement, without switching footing, and maintaining balance. Each post sustained, as well as in the initial post, the user may take two 15 meter steps, traveling over ground and terrain at a shocking 20 m/s.

Name: Wing Clipper
Tier: C
Cost: 15 Stamina
Weapon Type: Light Sword
Class: Offensive
Range: Close
Duration: 1 Post
Cool-Down: 3 Posts
Description: A maneuver used against aerial combatants which are maintaining flight using wings. The user will set the technique up by crouching low to the ground, and initiate it by springing up with inhuman force, they manage to reach a peak of height of 10 meters in the air. Once this is reached, the user will strike downwards with their sword at 15 m/s, impaling the flighted foe with the full of his weight. Most flighted creatures will be incapable of maintaining flight due to this, his weight brings them crashing into the ground. This much is negated if the foe is significantly larger than he is. This does C-Rank Damage to the targeted foe.

Please re-read the ability guidelines here:

http://magiworld.forumotion.com/t2486-ability-guidelines-important#11813

Hornetswarm:
-Normally, this would be a Offensive/Supplementary ability. However strength no longer has Paralyzing as a status effect it can inflict. Stealth has taken over that type of status effect, so now only Stealth and Intelligence guidelines can use it. Paralyzing must be removed.

Fleche:
-This forum uses the metric system. Please change your feet descriptor of distance into a meter descriptor that follows the scale rules of a B-Tier strength ability.
-Weapon Type is considered Body.

Wing Clipper:
-Immobilizing requires that the sword remain in the body part you are immobilizing. Immobilizing will be removed the moment the force exerting the immobilization is removed. Just as an fyi.
-Please re-read the Ability Classes rules for abilities that have more than 1 type of effect on them, here, and make sure to make the necessary edits.

I made minor edits to your abilities to make sure they were within the scale descriptors that I requested. When you are using the Amount rules of something, you must split the scale and effect between that multiple Amount.

Unfortunately, it seems as if you missed the guidelines of the Multiple Ability Classes rules where it states that each effect of an ability is nerfed by 1 tier when you split the focus of that ability into 2 different effects. This means your ability will be dealing D-Tier damage, and you can only jump up 5 meters into the air.
^--- It looks like you had changed it to be purely offensive, but it still has supplementary wordings in it. Until it reflects that it is purely offensive, it will still be considered Offensive/supplementary. Supplementary actions include jumping 1 meter or higher, or immobilizing opponents. C-Tier attacks cannot pierce through limbs in their damage descriptor, so the piercing would be considered supplementary, if it were even allowed at that level of damage.

This text is a link to the training thread.

Don't mind the faulty descriptions of the first two techniques, they were done being trained before I knew I had to revamp.
