The wind blew teasingly through the foggy streets of Balbadd, a fishing nation, situated on the coast of the continent upon which it was located. There was an almost ominous feel to it, the sensation one experiences as his spine begins to tingle and he can detect a faint evil approaching. There was indeed trouble afoot in Balbadd; however, it would not manifest just yet.

A lone figure stood tall in the shoddily paved streets of the city's most densely populated area, almost completely desolate of people given the early hour. This figure, once the light adjusted, was seen to have an exquisitely, almost inhumanly handsome face and beautiful locks of blonde hair. He ruffled his mane with his hand (it had become moderately moist due to the heavy fog) and attempted to smooth it down, not realizing that his struggle would be futile and the moisture in the air would soon clog up his golden hair once again. This man's name was Adam, and he knew he would one day make history.

Adam had wandered from the port of the city to this little area when he had arrived, a few hours ago (just shortly after midnight.) Some merchants had began setting up shop, preparing for the busy days they would most likely be having. Whilst they did this, Adam browsed the wares they would be selling later on, when the sun beamed down more brightly.

Seaside Excursion [Private- Taiyo, Social] Obito_with_mask_render_by_amarubar-d5kjbfb

Taiyo stood on the roof of a house that seemed to be vacant. The light was rising soon, so he knew he couldn't stand here long, at least not with his mask on. Soon, people would begin to come out to start their days. Taiyo stared into the means eyes before he began to scream. This man was going to die. He clearly didn't see Taiyo's vision of true peace, and besides that, he was a rich man, one who was high in society, and he seemed to have been scamming the "Lesser" people. He needed to be put to sleep. Anybody like that deserved death, so Taiyo would give him his punishment. The man wanted to scream louder, but just before he died, Taiyo made the pain go away, and helped him see the warm light that would comfort him... if he wanted that, he should have never disagreed with Taiyo's plans. Force was needed in order for people to see true light.

Taiyo stood straight after kneeling and holding the mans collar. He threw him back, and slammed his Borg on the neck of the male, making blood come out of his mouth, and causing his throat to gush with blood. Nobody would know, but beneath that mask, Taiyo was smiling. He was doing this for a couple of days, and this was his first time doing it in Balbaad, especially since he just arrived a few hours before. The teenager stood, looking up through the holes on his mask. He watched the sunrise, but from the corner he could see a male below him. He lowered his head all the way so that he was looking at the male. He would wait until he was noticed, but he wouldn't wait too long. He couldn't stay here for long.

"Greetings..."

Adam noticed a pair of eyes on him. Someone was watching him... stalking him... observing, calculating perhaps- his extensive study in human psychology told him that, simply put, he was either in grave danger- or that he had some strange admirer. He smelled the crimson scent of blood in the faint wind which blew still, and turned around to look, facing the breeze. He noticed the white face of a mask- someone was most obviously there. He waved in a show of faux joviality.

Hello. How do you do, citizen?

He dropped his hand calmly, before continuing to survey the markets being set up. Any magician could see a stream of black Rukh circling Adam, swirling around his limbs- but no ordinary townsfolk were truly proficient in the mystic and divine arts of magic.

Taiyo stood still with both hands to the side as his dark coloured cloak flapped in the light breeze. The sun seemed to be coming up quick, and SOON people would be coming out of their houses. He could hear some of them now. Taiyo squinted his eyes, and saw black Ruhk circling, and swirling over his limbs. This obviously meant 1 of two things, either he was misunderstood, or he was just... plain evil, but from the feel of his Ruhk, he wasn't a random weak magician.

Taiyo didn't wave, or speak back, since it was already getting light. People would hear him, and it would just cause a whole bunch of unwanted attention. The Vigilante stared at Adam a little more. He then allowed his Ruhk to slowly twit and turn around his own body. Any magician would see Taiyo's dark colored Ruhk. It wasn't as dark as Adam's, but it was pretty dark. Taiyo never understood why his Ruhk was black, what he was doing was for the greater good, so the universe happened to be wrong this time.

Taiyo turned his back towards the stranger, and decided to start sprinting. His cloak would flap in the wind that he ran into, but he would be moving swiftly, jumping over buildings landing on rooftops without a mark, or scratch. He hoped the stranger would follow him, he could use someone like Adam, especially with a Ruhk like that.

Adam turned around again for a split second, after the man in the eccentric cloak ignored him. It was then that he heard the sound of a rapid dash, and felt the sensation of another man's depravity- the black rukh were converging. He turned to see this man sprinting away, leaping across rooftops like some sort of acrobatic assassin. Adam was indeed curious to see what this young man was doing; thus, he followed calmly and slowly, so as to make sure nobody knew he was doing so. He felt the rocky paving on the ground beneath his feet, and he took in the environment which surrounded him deeply. The sea air felt marvelous on his face, but that was not too important to him now. What he was thinking of was how he would get this man to bow to his whim- through force? Or perhaps through persuasion..

Then, with a sudden realization that this was futile, he left.
