Description: Similar to Adam's release spell; however, this one travels further and travels faster. In an instant, Adam orders the Rukh to converge around his body and explode outwards 30m at 20m/s in the form of a wave of pure strength magic; it knocks back any targets who fail to block or defend a distance of 15m, and crushes their bones as well as causing additional severe body trauma.

Deaden ~ What you have here is an instant 30m diameter 3 turn paralysis. As it is now this technique is simply too powerful. It also doesn't make a whole lot of since with its current description. How is your strength magic getting into your opponent's nervous system? There is muscle and flesh in the way after all. From what you describe, the only effect should be a knock back.

Please explain how you're using the rukh to produce this effect and give this a speed for how fast it moves from the caster.
