Job Overview: Yushin has just emerged with newly minted intel from an inside source that a slaver, that goes by the name of Xuiquang has been selling labor illegally within the boundaries of Kou. Especially during these hot times of paramount tension, Xuiquang's business has been surprisingly booming. With a higher demand for quality stock, a well respected individual from the Jeonju faction has been taken in a surprise attack upon the tribe.
Yushin attempts to release Ganno as a way to build rapport amongst the Jeonju faction, so that he is ever more closer to realizing his ambition of unification. Along the way, he wishes to free any slaves taken unlawfully by Xuiquang, as he builds notoriety in name.
NPCS: Xuiquang: An underground slaver who rounds up those in debt in various nations to sell as slaves. His inventory expands as far as capturing those of notoriety; criminals of the state in which he operates in. Truly, many of his claims of debt collecting are false, and Xuiquang simply plucks any abled body that he sees fit for labor. In particular, he is interested in warriors to sell to illegal arenas to make an extra profit. He himself is quite a capable combatant himself, well versed in the ways of Kou martial arts.
Araki: A towering force of nature that brandishes a heavy spear to keep order amongst the inventory. If any slave for purchase becomes rowdy, they are soon met by this man to set them straight.
Ganno: A well known figure amongst the Jeonju faction of the 'Forgotten People' a rival of Yushin's Sangju faction. He is young, in his late 20's, but is a quite skilled strategist. His wit is generally carried out to distill disgruntled voices with all the makings of a quality politician if he were to ever get the chance to try. Fit in build, and with charisma to boot, Ganno has taken it upon himself to be a leader amongst the newly captured slaves to uphold morale until he plans escape. He isn't too unhandy with a blade himself.

Yushin's head turned slowly towards the harbor from his windowed seat inside the inn, glancing at the freshly docking ships that had returned from likely perilous journey (if the sailors would tell you anything). As much as he hated to admit it, the nation of Kou possessed rather well kept and functioning piers, and it was no wonder that their port towns were to active. Still, the man would have to ponder further if he were to assess its qualities compared to impressive the properties of Balbadd's own such towns. He should go sometime, he thought, it would be a sight to see... and more importantly a good study to dissect.
The man without land had never once lost sight of his goals, his objectives. The size of his ambition outweighed the life's wants of a thousand men. His inner fire burned, torched and fanned by the festering of what could only be fate. All he would have to do is seize it. To many that would seem absurd, but to him it was only so simple. You either did or you didn't. There was no in between. This wasn't for his own sake either, but for his ancestors and the generations the both preceded him, and the very same that would one day succeed him too.
For this grand effort, Yushin would have to unite his people. Again, it was simply said, but it wasn't simply done. Either still, the Uncrowned Prince was no ordinary man and if he did not try then he would never realize his dream. The whole venture into this forsaken land was not for his own leisure despite the bountiful harvest of work available to a sellsword such as himself. No, usually he would not want to be in this hated country, but he had very good reason too.
Eyeing the pier his eyes rested upon a group of men, tattooed... yet rather finely dressed for sailors. They bared the mark of his target, the malicious group who had taken captive a very particular man of interest. Now would be his chance to move.
He paid his fee in a speedy fashion, but never once did he show any indication of hurry of alarm. Like a predator stalking his prey, he e snaked through the crowded streets of the bustling town, weaving and sliding through all obstacles with a dancer's grace, never once indicating his purpose. The hooligans were like bumbling fools, stumbling through the streets in the exact opposite manner of Yushin's nobility. The criminals were flat footed and heavy in their steps and incredibly easy to tail. By the time Yushin had come across their apparent secret base, the men were nowhere to be seen. A simple concoction of a heavy drought was enough to knock them out. Having already been seemingly drunk, the prospect of further drinking was easy enough for Yushin to lure them to an alleyway until the knocked themselves out.
Weeks of study and planning would culminate to this day. Yushin had spent countless hours learning deciphering their codes, learning their system, and understanding their organization. Today, he would finally infiltrate Xuiquang's heinous gang before his people were sold like common slaves in the illegal markets.
He knocked at the door of their hideout and the sliding eye slit immediately opened to reveal an oriental face. It had begun. Yes, today would be the day....
