    User creates a shield of water five meters wide and five meters tall 1m in front of their chest. The shield of water is 30cm thick and can defend against D-Tier damage.

Requirements/Drawbacks: User must aim their wand at the target.
Scaling: Pushback
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 1

Description:

    User aims their wand at the target and blasts a 50cm diameter ball of water at the target 8m close, pushing them or it back 10m. Per tier of scale, the pushback increases 10m. Characters with strength higher than that of a D-Tier human can resist this ability.

Requirements/Drawbacks: User must aim their wand at the ground beside their feet.
Scaling: Range of Forward Travel
Sustain: 0

Description:

    User aims their wand at next to their feet as they jump up diagonally, and shoot a powerful rocket of water, a jet stream, at a titled angle at the ground to propel them forward 5m away and 5m high at max height.

Range: Long
Requirements/Drawbacks: User must hit the ground with their wand.
Scaling: Damage
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 2
Cost: 20 Magoi
Description:

    User creates a powerful wave of water 2m tall in a radius of 5m far from him, that travels 5m meters farther out, hitting anybody in its path hard to do C-Tier damage.

Bay Blast: What's the travel distance for the blast, I know the range says long just include the distance in the actual description.

Bay Push: 10m seems like alot to push someone back especially if that's added onto whatever distance they were away within the range. I'd say maybe shorten a bit but not to much, maybe 8 or 6m. Also keep in mind players with appropriate strength would be able to resist.

Bay Leap: The way this reads right now it seems as if he uses a jet stream to jump upward and then another to propel forward. That would be 2 parts and it's a D-tier ability so that would not be possible. However, it seems if as you may be trying to go for a leap 5m diagonally forward in the air, and detail at the max height you'd reach 5m in the air and travel 5m.
