Range: Medium
Requirements/Drawbacks: The user must have a 3m running start, and can only jump in a straight line.
Scaling: For every 10 stamina spent over the required amount, the user can make another 5m jump from an adjacent solid surface (walls, objects, people, etc.) if there is one at the end of their initial jump.
Sustain:
Cool Down: 1
Cost: 10 Stamina
Description:

    At the end of the run, the target leaps 3m in any direction of their choosing.


I-sabbah Veneration
Tier: D
Class: Assassin
Type: Supplementary
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: The user must move away from conflict (if he is engaged in combat) and out of eyesight of their aggressors. In addition, they must either don the I-sabbah skull mask, or must already be wearing it. The effect of this ability will end immediately following an attack made by the user.
Scaling: By concentrating harder on the techniques instilled in him by the I-sabbah family, he can further attain the phantom-like qualities of the Hassan-i-Sabbah. For every additional 10 stamina I-sabbah Veneration will effect the next tier up as well as the lower tiers, to a max of A-tier.
Sustain: 5
Cool Down: 1 + 1 per sustain.
Cost: 10 Stamina.
Description:

    By donning the mask, the user relinquished their own identity for that of the faceless phantom, Hassan-I-Sabbah. His The user’s presence becomes suppressed, allowing them to be undetected by all D-tier characters for the duration.


Starving Shadow
Tier: D
Class: Assassin
Type: Defensive
Range: Medium
Requirements/Drawbacks: The user must have a line of sight on the ranged attack he wishes to intercept; they cannot intercept an AoE or a intangible projectile.
Scaling: For every 10 extra stamina spent on this ability, Khalik can draw one more dagger to intercept a projectile.
Sustain: N/A
Cool Down: 1 posts.
Cost: 10 stamina.
Description:

    The user draws a throwing knife from his person and intercepts a d-tier projectile with it, effectively blocking the projectile. The user can intercept a projectile up to 8m away.

Tier: D
Class: Assassin
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Requirements/Drawbacks:The target’s anatomy must be one which possess a discernible jugular.
Scaling: For every extra 10 stamina spent, the damage of this ability by 1 tier (to a max of A).
Sustain:
Cool Down: 1
Cost: 10 Stamina
Description:

    The user approaches a target within 3m, or less, swiftly and deftly before making a single slash, dealing D-tier damage, aimed to the target’s jugular.


Apparition’s Ripping
Tier: C
Class: Assassin
Type: Offensive
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: The user must pose with a their free hand held in front while they wield their small-bladed weapon of choice in the back, ready to stab.
Scaling: For every 10 extra stamina, the damage dealt by this ability is increased by 1 tier (to a max of A).
Sustain: 1
Cool Down: 2
Cost: 20
Description:

    The user steps in 0.5 meters, sinking low and leading in with their free hand, before making a single thrust towards the target’s face. As the blade closes in on the target’s face, the user lets the blade slip below their hand before catching it with their free hand. Their weapon-hand, now empty, opens up to obscure the target's view, while the previously free-hand slices at the target’s torso with C-tier damage.

-Since this is a d-tier ability, reduce the base range to 3m. However, the default scaling type for distance/range is a 5m increment, so you can buff your scaling to 5m per additional 10.

I-sabbah Veneration
-Abilities are not meant to give video game-like effects without concrete reasoning and logic behind them. Your ability is the act of donning a mask, but such an action would make you stand out if nobody else is wearing a mask. People of a certain rank would not magically lose the ability to see or notice you, especially if you are directly in their line of sight and not just at the very corner of their vision. In order to get the effect you are wanting, you would need a magic tool mask. The plus side of this being that such a tool wouldn't have the same requirements of not being in sight or combat.

-I suggest an alternate ability in which you hold your breath, slow your pulse, and literally suppress your presence. If you secondary into body manipulator, or use some clever mundane items, you could look into counters for scent based detection too.

Starving Shadow
-You can buff the scaling to double the number of knives per investment as that is the standard default scaling type that would be applied.

-Edit to say you can "intercept d-tier projectiles" instead of projectiles "from a d-tier source" as it is possible for an A-tier projectile to come from a D-tier source. It's a subtle but important difference in wording.

-You have a type "up to 8 tier away" I assume that was 8m?

I-sabbah First Blood
-I see no reason why the mask is a requirement for this ability. You should be capable of executing it even if the mask was destroyed or stolen. So I suggest removing it as a requirement or else you will limit yourself unnecessarily. If you can't meet the requirement of having the mask for some reason, you would be unable to use this ability which would be a shame.

-Since you didn't put a scaling type, I recommend damage scaling. For each additional 10, the tier of damage increase by one capping at A-tier.

Apparition’s Ripping
-Just mention a distance for the step in and choose a scaling type.

-Scaling always goes by increments of 10(half if sustained)
